Lenskart.com is looking for a Retail TA Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kerala.
The role will focus on driving end-to-end recruitment for frontline retail positions, managing bulk hiring requirements, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business stakeholders.
• 2–3+ years of retail recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to mass/bulk hiring
• Hands-on sourcing and talent mapping experience
• Experience with job portals and referrals
• Exposure to field/store-level hiring
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
