The Payments team is looking for Product Managers to create high impact and critical business products. You will work with business leaders and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area. Role Overview:-
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Paytm's International Expansion charter. This role requires deep hands-on experience in payment products across acquiring, gateways, banking and card scheme integrations, merchant onboarding, settlement systems and merchant experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Own the end-to-end product roadmap for international payments: merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement and payouts, reconciliation, merchant experience.
* Lead integrations with card schemes, onboarding vendors, the card switch, settlement banks, terminal vendors, FX providers and open banking aggregators.
* Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, merchant features that meet the regulatory requirements of each market.
* Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
* Work with solution architects and engineering leads, write detailed product requirement documents, and manage roadmaps and deliverables.
* Work with multiple stakeholders, senior management and cross-functional teams to influence quicker decisions and clear technical roadblocks.
What We're Looking For:-
* 5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
* Prior experience in merchant payments and global fintech environments.
* Exposure to launching new products in a new market is a strong advantage.
* Strong execution focus with the ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.
