Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in South Delhi. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring responsive interfaces and robust server-side logic. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, implementing APIs, integrating databases, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver features from concept to deployment. The developer will also be responsible for testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing systems.
Qualifications
Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning end-to-end application delivery.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming, RESTful APIs, and database design and integration.
Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement secure, performant solutions.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Experience with testing and debugging tools, and a focus on code quality and maintainability.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance is beneficial.
