The APAC Sales Enablement & Automation Specialist will be responsible for driving automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives across APAC commercial operations. This role will focus on streamlining business processes, reducing manual effort, enhancing data quality, and implementing scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales and business operations processes.
Design and deploy automated workflows, approvals, notifications, reporting solutions, and self-service capabilities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting using business intelligence tools.
Support Sales Force optimization, process standardization, and system integration initiatives.
Leverage AI and productivity solutions to improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
Conduct process analysis and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Process Automation, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process improvement, and reporting tools.
Experience with CRM platforms and commercial business processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators
Deliver 5-10 automation and process improvement initiatives annually.
Achieve 20-40% reduction in manual effort across targeted business processes.
Improve process turnaround times by 30% or more.
Drive 80%+ adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Maintain 95%+ reporting accuracy and data quality standards.
Increase utilization of self-service reporting and workflow solutions.
Demonstrate measurable business value through productivity gains, hours saved, and operational efficiencies.
