Supervisor Client Support
We are looking for a people-focused Operations Supervisor to lead a team and ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client support. You will manage workflow, service quality, team performance, and employee development while meeting business goals and service standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate teams, solve problems, manage priorities, and improve processes. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role
What You'll Do:
Lead and support a team to deliver excellent operational and client service results.
Manage daily operations to ensure service, quality, and business goals are met.
Coach team members, provide feedback, and support their development.
Handle complex client and operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and increase efficiency.
Work with internal teams to improve processes and support business initiatives.
Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence standards are maintained.
