What You Will Do
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Must work well within the materials team along with others that support the business unit.
Team atmosphere is a must.
Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Coordinate part releases and monitor part flow within assigned cells using available resources which includes working with the cell leader and his/her team.
Must have good understanding in using the business unit WIP tracker.
Work with other functional areas to schedule and flow parts through their areas.
Use SAP screens to deliver parts to customers which include development hardware, Engine hardware, spares & RVA/TVA parts.
Review and understand SAP requirements to plan part flow to meet customer demands.
Review raw material needs and inform management on any shortages.
Assure accurate number of parts continue to subsequent operations whether in the production line or support areas. FIFO system to be used from operation to operation as to minimize aged WIP (accruals)
Resolve production order & WIP discrepancies.
Monitor part flow on a daily basis.
Inform management of any issues requiring assistance to assure customer demands are met.
Create, lead and drive closure of actions in support of BU level financial, quality and delivery plans.
This is a Weekend Shift , Friday to Sunday , 6:00am – 6:30pm , Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.

Qualifications You Must Have
Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in materials, scheduling or related experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
Completed Post-Secondary Degree OR Technical Certificate in related field with 2+ years’ experience
Familiarity with inventory and production control practices, tooling, drawings and specifications.
Working knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft office and Pratt & Whitney operating systems)
Knowledge of CORE tools.
Excellent attendance.
Self-motivated.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
SAP knowledge/experience.
Shop Floor / Materials Flow experience preferred.
Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow. Job to include overtime.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

The salary range for this role is $27.31-$51.35. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certification or credentials may be required for some roles.
