Recycling Operator and Driver

As a Hybrid Equipment Operator and Swing Driver with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Operating heavy equipment to manage incoming recycled material, such as: front end loaders, skid steers, cardboard baler, and compactors
Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment
Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
Operating a variety of waste collections vehicles as needed by the business, including roll-off, front-end, and molok trucks.
Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5AM to 2:30 PM. Must be available for rotating statutory holidays, call-ins and possible Overtime.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
2+ years’ experience running heavy equipment
Valid DZ or AZ Driver’s license
Clean Driving Record
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
