Responsibilities
Serve as the scientific expert for the assigned therapeutic area, translating global medical strategies into impactful local initiatives.
Generate and communicate actionable medical insights that inform business decisions and support evidence-based strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, investigators, and scientific leaders.
Lead and execute medical education activities, scientific exchange programs, advisory boards, and expert engagement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Research, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to support business objectives and patient access.
Provide accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific information while supporting local data generation and clinical research activities.
Qualifications
Medical Doctor (MD) degree required.
2+ years of clinical practice, research, or pharmaceutical industry experience within a relevant therapeutic area.
Strong understanding of clinical research, local healthcare systems, regulatory environment, and reimbursement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and networking skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and matrix organizations.
Strategic mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to translate scientific insights into actionable solutions.
