Recruiting Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end coordination across our Talent Acquisition team. You will be the central point of coordination for the entire recruiter team — managing scheduling, candidate coordination, assessments, and documentation — so every recruiter and every candidate moves through the hiring process without delays or dropped threads.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for the entire TA team, working across multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and time zones to resolve conflicts proactively.
Act as the central coordination point for all recruiters, calendars, and priorities aligned across the team.
Own candidate coordination throughout the hiring journey — communication, logistics, and follow-ups — ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience.
Coordinate the scheduling and administration of candidate assessments, tests, and evaluations, and ensure results are captured and shared with the relevant recruiter/hiring manager.
Compile and organize candidate documentation (resumes, assessment results, interview feedback, offer-related paperwork) accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including status changes, interview notes, and feedback.
Serve as a point of escalation for scheduling or coordination issues across the team, troubleshooting and resolving conflicts quickly.
Identify process bottlenecks across the TA team's coordination workflow and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role, ideally supporting a multi-recruiter team.
Should have knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and assessment platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview pipelines, assessments, and documentation streams at once.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work onsite for the shift timings 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
O/A Levels qualification preferred.
