This is a strategic leadership opportunity to build and scale a mature Talent Acquisition function within a fast-growing technology and product organization.
You will shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment processes across both technical and business functions.
The role combines strategic partnership with senior leadership and hands-on ownership of critical hiring activities.
You will help establish structured, measurable, and scalable recruitment mechanisms that support rapid organizational growth.
A strong focus on talent intelligence, recruitment analytics, process optimization, and hiring quality will inform business decisions.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing TA team while ensuring hiring remains predictable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.
