Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil.
This early-career role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to broader People initiatives.
You will manage requisitions across sales, technology, and operations, partnering closely with hiring managers from role definition through offer acceptance.
The position combines candidate sourcing and assessment with employer branding, employee engagement, and People operations.
You’ll build talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement.
Beyond recruiting, you’ll help strengthen the employee experience through communications, events, recognition initiatives, and onboarding and offboarding support.
Working in a fully remote environment, you’ll have broad exposure to recruiting and People operations while developing your skills with guidance from experienced professionals.
