Cloud Administration Administer and support Azure cloud infrastructure including Compute, Storage and Monitoring. Manage AWS cloud resources including EC2, VPC, RDS, EBS, etc. Support GCP environments including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Monitoring. Perform provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning of cloud resources. Monitor cloud infrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity. Linux & Windows Administration Administer and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8/9/10) servers. Perform Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022). Manage OS patching, hardening, performance tuning, and vulnerability remediation. Support Active Directory integration, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services. Troubleshoot OS, network, storage, and application-related issues. Incident & Change Management Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and problem management activities. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and DR activities. Ensure SLA compliance and service availability. Automation & DevOps Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Ansible, or Terraform. Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. Assist in CI/CD and cloud automation activities. Security & Compliance Implement cloud security best practices. Manage access control, RBAC, security groups, firewalls, and identity management. Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives. Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and governance controls. Documentation & Knowledge Management Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational documentation. Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives.
