Requirements:
The requirement is for embedded software development with strong hands-on experience in embedded C/C++, RTOS, and low-level software development.
A pure configuration/integration-only experience is not suitable.
Primary focus should be on hands-on low-level embedded software development, rather than generic embedded/automotive experience.
Recruiters must validate actual hands-on contribution in RTOS, BSP, device drivers, bootloaders, HAL, hardware debugging, and SoC/MCU-based development.
Do not rely only on keywords mentioned in the CV; validate the candidate's actual development ownership and contribution.
MCAL - IC Calibration:
Low-level device driver development is important.
Automotive process/domain knowledge is mandatory.
MCAL integration/configuration-only profiles are not suitable.
MCAL Device Driver Development experience is an added advantage.
