Junior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong interest in hiring for IT and engineering roles.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring.
Follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on their application status.
Requirements:
2 - 6 years of experience in technical recruitment / IT hiring.
Familiarity with hiring for roles like software engineers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
Good understanding of technical skills, tools, and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, etc. ).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in product-based or startup hiring.
Exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring.
Understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, and microservices).
