Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and AI-driven application development. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable business applications, AI agents, automations, integrations, and reusable technical components.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
Build and configure AI agents, copilots, agentic workflows, and automation solutions.
Develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and LLM technologies.
Implement MCP-based integrations to connect AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services.
Implement RAG, grounding, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, and LLM integration patterns where required.
Develop reusable components, connectors, workflows, and technical accelerators.
Follow enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, RBAC, and other security mechanisms.
Troubleshoot, optimize, test, and deploy Power Platform and AI solutions across environments.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and other development teams.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, POCs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability to independently design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver production-ready solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
