Junior Datacom Network Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Main Responsibilities:
This position acts as the customer interface for the Datacom product portfolio within our Network Assurance & O&M team taking over following responsibilities:
Provide technical support service to our customers or partners independently or jointly with the technical support team, resolve product issues on customer networks to ensure customer network stable and safety
Provide product maintenance support services for customers, such as product upgrade, service deployment and rollout, and cutover and migration, particularly for our datacom and storage portfolio
Perform proactive management on the customer's network, such as health check, rectification and implementation, and develop solutions for identified network risks.
Support training workshops for our customers and partners about product technology and service solution
Occasionally take on-call shift support
Requirements:
Recent graduate student with Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, ICT or similar field of studies
Familiar with the TCP/IP networking protocol and principles
Familiar with networking technologies and products such as routers, switches, and firewalls, or knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and related technologies
Motivated to work in an intercultural team, take ownership, and grow into a role with increasing responsibility
Language Requirements:
Fluent in both English and German (C1-C2 level) mandatory
