What You’ll Own
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Test Engineer / QA Automation Lead with 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Java, and C#, with a proven track record of building scalable automation frameworks, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery across web-based applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
Create and execute automated test scripts using Java and C#.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback during design discussions.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed defect reports.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across teams.
Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.
What You'll Bring
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Framework.
Strong programming skills in Java.
Strong programming skills in C#/.NET.
Experience with Test Frameworks such as:
TestNG
JUnit
NUnit
API testing experience using:
Rest Assured
Postman
Swagger
Experience with version control tools:
Git
Azure DevOps Repos
GitHub
CI/CD experience:
Azure DevOps
Jenkins

Experience with defect tracking tools:

Strong SQL and database testing knowledge.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Performance testing exposure using JMeter or equivalent tools.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Security and accessibility testing experience.
Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber/SpecFlow.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software testing and automation experience.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in distributed and cross-functional teams.
