Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop high-performance, scalable single-page applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite, with UIs built on the Mantine component library.
Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces, including reusable components, theming, and form handling.
Manage server state with React Query (TanStack Query) and client state with Redux Toolkit or Zustand, integrating REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIs along with third-party tools and analytics.
Optimize applications for speed, bundle size, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility; troubleshoot bugs and write clean, well-tested, well-documented code.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, and recommend improvements based on emerging front-end technologies.
Experience and Skills :-
3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, with strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong proficiency in React, React Hooks, TypeScript, and ESLint, with Vite-based build tooling, routing (React Router), and code splitting.
Practical experience with Mantine or a comparable component library (MUI, Ant Design, Chakra), including theming, custom components, and complex forms.
Solid command of data fetching and state management: React Query for caching, invalidation, and optimistic updates; Redux Toolkit or Zustand for client state; REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket integrations.
Good understanding of performance optimization, web accessibility, responsive design, debugging tools, testing (Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library), and scalable UI architecture.
Good to have: experience with Next.js, Astro, or Gatsby for server-rendered and static websites, and headless CMS platforms such as Strapi, Sanity, Contentful, or Ghost.
Good to have: familiarity with deployment on Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages, Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Hosting), and end-to-end testing tools like Playwright or Cypress.
