About The Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO / CI2C Consultant to support a global pharmaceutical client within their CI2C Digital team.
The role focuses on SAP FICO, Customer Interaction Center (CIC), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and their integration with High Radius and related systems.
The successful consultant will work across functional and technical teams, supporting integrations, change requests, projects, testing activities and issue resolution in a complex international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP FICO and CI2C-related business processes.
Work with Customer Interaction Center (CIC) processes and their connection to Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Support High Radius Cash Application, Collections and related modules.
Manage and support SAP High Radius interfaces and end-to-end integration flows.
Work with AR extracts, bank statements, payment files and related interfaces.
Manage and contribute to Change Requests (CRs) and projects within the CI2C Digital team.
Coordinate and support SIT and UAT activities.
Perform defect analysis, coordinate investigation and follow up with relevant functional and technical teams.
Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and ensure issues and deliverables are driven through to resolution/completion.
Support integration between SAP FICO and SD / OTC processes.
Work effectively with international teams and stakeholders across different locations and functions.
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of relevant SAP experience, ideally in a senior consulting capacity.
Strong experience with SAP FICO.
Strong understanding of CI2C / I2C / O2C processes.
Experience with SAP FICO integration with SD / OTC.
Hands-on Experience With HighRadius, Particularly
Cash Application
Collections
Related HighRadius modules
Experience with SAP HighRadius integration and interfaces.
Knowledge of AR extracts, bank statements, payment files and related interfaces.
Experience managing Change Requests and projects.
Strong experience with SIT/UAT coordination and support.
Ability to analyse defects and coordinate effectively with functional and technical teams.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to drive activities through to successful resolution or completion.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience working with international clients / global teams.
