Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and analytical professional who can combine strong storytelling instincts with data-driven insights to analyze stories, audience behavior, market trends, and editorial performance, translating these insights into actionable creative recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Decode stories like a pro: Dive deep into characters, story arcs, tropes, summaries, and storytelling patterns to understand what clicks with US audiences and listeners
Turn data into creative decisions: Analyze show and episode retention, user cohorts, and performance data to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and why
Get inside the audience’s head: Analyze comments, user feedback, and surveys to understand audience perception and translate insights into stronger creative choices
Keep an eye on the market: Conduct market and audience research to spot trends, preferences, and opportunities that can shape our stories
Test, learn, repeat: Design and run A/B, quasi, and temporal tests to measure how editorial changes impact story performance and use the findings to drive smarter decisions
What We’re Looking For
3–4+ years of experience in a creative, editorial, analytical, or content-focused role
Hands-on experience with story analysis, performance data, research, and audience insights
Experience in editorial analysis, revision, line/copy editing, and proofreading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable working with data and creative content together to spot patterns, trends, and opportunities
