Your Team
Global Regulatory Reporting (GRR) team is a sub function of Global Compliance team. GRR team will monitor prepare and file regulatory reports/disclosures for specific areas, perform analytical and monitoring activities and conduct other applicable projects/assignments as required.
Your Role
Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program
Supports the regulatory reporting area within Global Compliance.
Contribute to firm’s global initiatives and programs relating to process improvements, enhancing automation, process standardization across countries, improved analytics, and others
Analyze the data and prepare documentation to support substantial shareholding reporting to meet Global regulatory requirements
Conduct required analysis on the day-to-day monitoring and reporting processes
Stay current of all global regulatory changes related to reporting thresholds, reporting deadlines, updated/new disclosure forms to be used occurring in various US regions and update procedures and applications to reflect the changes accordingly.
Perform daily activities in preparation of periodic regulatory US filings with SEC, such as Section-16, 13G, 13F, 13H and 13D reports.
Get hands-on experience with Order Management Systems including CRD, and Bloomberg, including data extraction and analysis
Identify and review requests from external parties and determine appropriate responses for such requests, this includes requirements from various departments and business units too.
Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
Proficiency in MS Office applications
