· Analyze investment returns and key performance indicators, including NOI, interest, other gains and losses, capital expenditures, leasing costs, deployment, financing activity and valuation movements.

· Support regional P&L and portfolio reviews, highlighting implications, decisions and follow-up actions.
· Perform quality reviews of reports, presentations and analysis to support accurate, consistent and timely reporting.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
· Partner with Asset Management, Investments, Development, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Accounting, and Regional leadership to develop planning assumptions and performance insights.

· Evaluate inputs and challenge assumptions constructively, escalating material inconsistencies, risks and opportunities where appropriate.
· Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
· Build effective working relationships across functions, regions and levels of seniority while managing competing priorities in a complex environment.
Transactions & Capital Events
· Support and coordinate with Real Estate Accounting and other stakeholders on acquisitions and dispositions.
· Assist with financial due diligence, transaction impact analysis, agreement review support and the assessment of accounting or reporting implications.
· Coordinate cross-functional financial support during transaction execution and the onboarding or offboarding of investments.
· Maintain regional transaction activity data and provide related forecast, return and variance analysis.
Reporting Transformation & Continuous Improvement
· Contribute to the evolution of regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) capabilities, including driver-based planning, standardized KPIs, scenario modelling and enhanced executive reporting.
