FAL A350 Industrial Manager (f/m)

Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL A350 Industrial Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Toulouse, France.
You will oversee the industrialization and configuration management of the A350 Final Assembly Line to drive operational excellence and on-time delivery.
We are looking for an experienced professional to optimize manufacturing flows and supply chain processes in a dynamic environment.

Your challenges:
Manage and optimize industrial processes and configuration management for the A350 Final Assembly Line.
Implement integrated planning strategies to ensure seamless manufacturing flow and on-time delivery.
Lead supplier negotiations and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for A350 components.
Ensure strict configuration control and accurate documentation for all A350 aircraft variants.
Monitor operational KPIs, resolve cross-functional issues, and lead a high-performing team of specialists.
Your boarding pass:
Background in engineering or industrial management with proven manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace.
Strong expertise in integrated planning methodologies, supply chain practices, and procurement principles.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a successful track record in complex industrial environments.
Strong leadership, team management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent level in English (both written and spoken).
