Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Industrial Trainee position in the Internal Audit function, based in Delhi, India. The trainee will support internal audit planning, execution, and reporting across various business units and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in financial and operational audits, reviewing internal controls, testing compliance with policies and procedures, and documenting audit findings. The role involves contributing to audit reports, performing data analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain information and clarify observations. The trainee will also help identify process improvements, monitor implementation of audit recommendations, and support special reviews or investigations as required.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and a understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Experience or exposure to financial audits and internal audit processes.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA), eligible for industrial training as per ICAI norms.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools such as power BI, power query, etc.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram/Bengaluru.
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
