About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description Foxscan is an independent structural diagnostics practice focused on providing homeowners with unbiased assessments of seepage, dampness, and structural concerns. Using thermal imaging, on-site evaluations, and evidence-backed reporting, the team identifies root causes before any repair decisions are made. Foxscan operates strictly as a diagnostics provider and maintains no commercial relationships with contractors or material suppliers, ensuring impartial recommendations. Certified engineers deliver structured written reports within 48 hours, giving clients clarity and confidence before committing to structural expenditures. The company serves major urban markets including Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Ahmedabad.
Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will perform full-time, on-site diagnostic assessments in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focusing on structural issues, seepage, and dampness in residential properties. In this role, the engineer will visit client locations, conduct detailed visual inspections, use diagnostic tools (including thermal imaging equipment), and collect relevant site data and measurements. The engineer will analyze findings, interpret structural behavior, and collaborate with the team to prepare clear, evidence-based reports for homeowners. Responsibilities include planning site visits, documenting observations, ensuring health and safety compliance during inspections, and maintaining accurate records in line with Foxscan’s quality standards. The role requires strong client-facing skills, as the engineer will explain findings, answer questions, and help homeowners understand potential structural risks and options without recommending specific contractors or repair services.
