Reporting to the Director UK Technical Operations, leading a team of Technical product managers, you will act as ‘product expert’ across a defined range of our products to provide technical support to the KION / Linde Material Handling UK & Ireland Aftersales market. You will support engineer development through coaching & mentoring.

Tasks and Qualifications:
We’re interested in candidates with:
Demonstrable experience in all current systems, features and technologies associated with our product ranges.
Demonstrable experience of playing a key role in delivering integrated engineering projects including hardware & software configuration and fault analysis.
Direct people management skills & experience – target & objective setting, performance management, communication soft skills, coaching and mentoring etc.
Experience in working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & digital systems.
Experience in materials handling technology
Ability to propose design modifications to electrical equipment to suit specific needs.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
A team player with a flexible approach to working.
Able to travel within the UK and overseas, as required, on company business as and when required.
Ideally qualified to HNC level/equivalent in engineering or science.
