As the Business Operations Manager, you will be at the core of our organization and office support processes, focusing on Facility Management, IT, Procurement, and PMO/Operational Projects.
In this dynamic, high-visibility role, you will act as a key partner and proactive assistant to the Managing Director and leadership team—driving corporate governance, streamlining operational workflows, leading integration projects, and managing key third-party supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Governance (PMO Function)
● Manage corporate governance and operational projects, including prioritizing, filtering, and
gathering necessary information to facilitate executive decision-making.
● Support process integration and automation projects to modernize functional workflows.
● Perform diverse administrative and project support tasks to ensure seamless operations for the Managing Director and broader team.
● Develop governance metrics in SKywise and prepare data analysis sets
● develop skywise dashboard and data set to support governance
● prepare monthly report for all management areas General Procurement & Tenders
● Act as the General Procurement Delegate, ensuring strict process adherence for supplier approvals, Purchase Order (PO) creation, release, and tracking.
● Lead and manage end-to-end local tender processes and vendor evaluations.
IT, Facilities & Health & Safety Management
● Serve as the primary focal point for all Facilities Management and IT inquiries, coordinating effectively with third-party service providers.
● Act as the Health & Safety (H&S) Focal Point, updating safety instructions and conducting required weekly/monthly safety checks.

Qualifications & Experience
● Education: Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
● Systems & Tools: Computer literate with strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel andthe Google Workspace environment.
● Fast & Decisive Learner: Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Self-Motivated: Proven capability to work under pressure using your own initiative while remaining accurate and dependable.
● Communication: Excellent communication skills with clear spoken and written English.
● Team Player: Flexible and collaborative attitude—comfortable both seeking and giving support across teams.
● Compliance Mindset: Strong ability to follow rigorous rocedures/instructions with a firm understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices.
Skills & Abilities You Will Learn & Develop
● Advanced SAP operational knowledge.
