Microsoft 365 Administrator

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and manage our Microsoft 365 workplace applications in a multinational enterprise environment. This role includes the enablement and governance of Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams for Microsoft 365. You will play a key role in ensuring a secure, compliant, and modern digital workplace while driving the adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across the organization.
What you will do:
Act as Administrator for Microsoft 365 and administer Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Support business units running the SharePoint-based corporate intranet.
Manage Microsoft 365 configuration, updates, service health, lifecycle management, global licensing, and service enablement.
Administer Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing and tenant settings, while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
Act as an escalation point for complex or global Microsoft 365 issues.
Collaborate with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support and implementation partners.
(Optional) Support and administration of Microsoft Teams Voice solutions, telephony features, and related collaboration services, if determined to be a requirement for the role.
Skills:
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration within a large-scale or global enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and PowerShell.
Experience supporting SharePoint-based business applications and collaboration platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, reliability, and customer service orientation.
Experience with Teams Voice and telephony administration preferred (if applicable).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large or global environment.
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.
Experience building and operating Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and PowerShell.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Additional language skills are a plus, with German considered an advantage.
Travel:
Possible travel to Germany
Salary: $100,000 to $140,000 USD
