Job Description SummaryC&W Services, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Job Description
Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
Have a working knowledge of drive shafts, bearings, gearing and mechanical belts
Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions
Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears or other parts of machinery per work orders.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
Assists in emergencies as needed
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $25.50 - $30.00
