Senior Technical Recruiter (contract, remote in the US)

Mirantis is looking for Senior Technical Recruiter to support our US hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.
You’ll play a key role in helping Mirantis scale — hiring people who shape the core of our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles
Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices
Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience
Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows
Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently
7 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environment
Proven ability to recruit top engineering talent, preferably across cloud, infrastructure, and software development organizations, with expertise in Kubernetes, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure
Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions
Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures
