Debt Management Executive x 2

In this dynamic role, you'll not only oversee collaborations with Debt Collection Agencies and Meter Operators for effective debt recovery, but you will also be is responsible for handling all queries and communications in a professional and timely manner. This includes managing a diverse portfolio of debt cases, utilizing tailored recovery and escalation strategies to ensure prompt collection or resolution.
You'll handle administration of the Disconnection and Reconnection process, close coordination with internal departments to support DCAs in optimizing recovery outcomes and monitoring third-party debt collection activities to drive performance. You will also be key to our continuous process improvement, actively upholding our Debt Team Mission and Values, and producing custom reports for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also work closely with our Finance and Technical teams to help resolve queries!
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Proven Administration experience and with prioritising workloads;
Intermediate IT skills in MS Office
Highly numerate with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records.
Problem solving experience.
