IT Support Agent

Duties:
Provide technical support for on-site and remote users via ticketing systems, emails, phone calls, etc. in a timely manner.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Install, provision, upgrade, and repair workstations, laptops, and other IT devices and equipment.
Onboarding and offboarding users and accounts.
Testing new technology.
Ensures software license compliance.
Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
Helps coordinating the IT project implementation.
Creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, instructions, and knowledgebase.
Compiles and validates reports as requested.
Carries out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
You have experience working in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
You have strong database skills and are detail oriented.
You have excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Windows, Office, SQL, and Networking.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You can interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.
You have excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
You can work independently with minimum supervision.
You have excellent judgment and can prioritize assignments.
The wage for this role will be between $24-25/hour.
