Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex federal enterprise IT and cybersecurity program. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and oversight of technical personnel, subcontractors, program execution, staffing, financial performance, quality, risk, and customer engagement.
*This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Government security eligibility requirements.*
Responsibilities:
Provide overall management and oversight of program personnel, subcontractors, technical activities, and deliverables.
Serve as a senior interface with Government stakeholders and company leadership.
Manage program requirements, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and performance.
Oversee manpower planning across diverse technical skill sets and labor categories.
Monitor financial and contract performance using established metrics.
Identify programmatic, staffing, contractual, and resource risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure program activities and deliverables meet performance and quality requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business.
10+ years managing a project or program of similar size and complexity.
5+ years overseeing and determining manpower requirements involving diverse technical skill sets and labor categories.
5+ years performing financial and contract-performance monitoring, including performance metrics.
Travel will be required for role.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $218,000
The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
