We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team in Kochi.
The role will primarily involve project coordination, estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity analysis, drawing review, documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Review civil, structural & architectural drawings
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates & rate analysis
• Review contractor quotations, measurements and bills
• Assist with project budgets and cost monitoring
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors
• Prepare MIS reports, project trackers and management reports
• Review technical submissions, RFIs and material approvals
• Support project planning, scheduling and execution
• Track variations, additional works and commercial implications
• Maintain project documentation and records
🔹 Candidate Profile
✔️ B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
✔️ 4+ years of relevant experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of civil construction practices
✔️ Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, billing & rate analysis
✔️ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
✔️ Working knowledge of AutoCAD
✔️ MS Project/Primavera knowledge will be an advantage
✔️ Good communication, coordination and documentation skills
🔹 Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Healthcare/Hospital, Commercial, Interior & Fit-out, Infrastructure or PMC projects will be preferred.
