Senior Email Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Email Graphic Designer to create polished, high-converting email designs for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer email programs. You will turn creative briefs and copy into clean, on-brand designs for promotional campaigns and automated flows. You will work closely with our campaign managers, program managers, and copywriters, and we need someone who is fast, detail-oriented, and confident working independently from a brief.
Key Responsibilities:
Design email campaigns and automated flows, including promotional, welcome, abandoned cart, browse, and post-purchase emails
Turn creative briefs and copy into clear, on-brand email designs
Design for both desktop and mobile
Adapt your style to work across different brands and visual identities
Build clean, well-organized design files in Figma
Create reusable email sections and templates
Apply revisions quickly and accurately based on team and stakeholder feedback
Work with the team to make sure designs are ready for production
Manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of graphic design experience
Strong experience designing email marketing creative
Advanced Figma skills
Experience designing for ecommerce or DTC brands
Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual design
Portfolio of email marketing design work (promotional emails, flows, and work across multiple brands or styles)
Able to work independently from a brief
Comfortable working quickly and taking feedback
Strong written English and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
Agency experience
Experience with lifecycle or retention marketing
Experience using Notion as a project management tool
Experience with dynamic content, personalization, or hide/show logic
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
