Technical Scrum Master (DevOps)

Foundational->Development Methodology->Scrum,Technology->Devops->Ansible
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Track sprint progress, manage risks, dependencies, and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices and support CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.
Monitor and report team performance using project dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
Work with ServiceNow teams to automate workflows, approvals, incident, change, and request management processes.
Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and IT service management best practices.
Support IT audits, security audits, compliance assessments, and evidence collection activities.
Track audit findings, remediation actions, and compliance requirements to closure.
Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance standards are maintained.
Facilitate change management and release planning activities across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level communications.
Support incident management, problem management, and post-incident review processes.
Mentor teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and DevOps culture.
