Director, Consumer Marketing

Job Summary
Provides strategic leadership over consumer marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across channels. Building upon the tactical and executional foundation of Consumer Marketing leadership, this role owns marketing strategy execution at a broader portfolio and organizational level, leads teams and resources, and partners with senior leaders across Sales, Product Management, and other functions to advance business objectives.
This role is accountable for translating consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into integrated marketing strategies and scalable programs

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$154,000.00 - $231,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
