As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders, uncover performance drivers, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the strategic direction of the business through insight-led decision-making.

What You'll Bring:
Required
Significant experience in commercial finance, financial planning, business partnering, or enterprise performance management.
Advanced financial modelling expertise, including scenario analysis, forecasting, business case development, and sensitivity modelling.
Strong experience translating complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.
Deep understanding of profitability, revenue, pricing, utilization, and margin drivers.
Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting or planning tools.
Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience within professional services, consulting, engineering, or other project-based organizations.
Exposure to finance transformation, business process improvement, or analytics modernization initiatives.
Experience developing KPI frameworks and enterprise-wide performance reporting.
Demonstrated success partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Performance & Analytics
Analyze business performance across regions, service lines, sectors, clients, and projects.
Identify key drivers of revenue, profitability, pricing, utilization, and backlog performance.
Deliver performance reviews and strategic recommendations that support commercial growth.
Financial Modelling & Decision Support
Develop robust financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities and investments.
Build driver-based models covering revenue, pricing, margin, and productivity performance.
Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments to support decision-making.
Enterprise Performance Management
Support enterprise-wide KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
Partner with business leaders to understand performance variances and identify improvement opportunities.
Data Discovery & Insight Generation
Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights, presentations, and decision-support materials.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and business processes.
Support finance transformation initiatives, automation efforts, and best-practice adoption.
