KRAs – Sr. Specialist, Physical Security (PAN India)
1. Policy & Governance Implementation – 15%
Translate enterprise policies into site‑level SOPs and daily checklists.
Ensure compliance with uptime, resilience, and escalation protocols for all critical systems.
Report deviations and corrective actions to Program Leader.
Outcome: Site operations consistently aligned with R1 governance framework.
2. Budget & Resource Utilization – 10%
Manage site‑level security budgets within allocations.
Track resource deployment efficiency (personnel coverage, technology usage).
Provide inputs to Program Leader on cost optimization opportunities.
Outcome: Efficient use of allocated funds and resources with no overspend.
3. Operations & Vendor Management – 10%
Drive daily uptime monitoring for CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire systems.
Ensure vendor SLA compliance ≥95% through site‑level coordination and escalation.
Ensure the preventive maintenance logs are maintained and verify adherence.
Outcome: Reliable system performance and vendor accountability at site level.
4. Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness – 10%
Ensure the fire alarm panels are fit and functional and testing logs are maintained.
Follow-up with the site for quarterly evacuation drills with ≥90% participation.
Coordinate with building management for joint preparedness exercises.
Outcome: Fire safety embedded into daily routines and multi‑tenant readiness assured.
5. Personnel Training & Supervision – 10%
Implement role‑based training plans for site security staff.
Conduct drills and simulations to test readiness.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
Outcome: Skilled, confident frontline teams with ≥95% training completion.
6. Risk Assessments & Audit Support – 10%
Conduct site‑level risk assessments and report vulnerabilities.
Support internal/external audits with documentation and evidence.
Ensure ≥90% closure of audit findings within 30 days.
Outcome: Audit readiness and proactive risk mitigation at site level.
7. Incident Response & Reporting – 10%
Lead site‑level incident response and ensure timely escalation.
Maintain incident logs and evidence collection (CCTV footage, access logs).
Conduct post‑incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
Outcome: Effective incident handling and organizational learning captured locally.
8. Technology Operations – 15%
Access Control System: Daily health checks, uptime ≥99%, access rights updated for new hires/exits.
Access Control Data Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation with HR records; zero unauthorized access.
Fire Alarm System: Daily panel testing, sensor functionality checks, AMC coverage, integration with building systems.
CCTV Systems: Daily uptime monitoring, weekly spot checks, storage compliance, evidence retrieval within 24 hours.
Maintain system lifecycle tracking (age, AMC, upgrades) and spares inventory.
Train staff to achieve ≥95% competency certification in system use.
Outcome: Reliable, resilient technology operations with integrity of access data and audit‑ready evidence.
9. Executive Reporting Support – 15%
Provide monthly site reports on uptime, training, incidents, and drills.
Feed accurate data into Program Leader dashboards for enterprise visibility.
Outcome: Transparent reporting and leadership visibility into site performance.
