Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand and warranty standards
Schedule, manage, and coordinate service appointments and repair estimates
Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and care
Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor experience required (luxury brand experience a plus)
High dedication to customer service
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, functions, and service operations
Proficiency with MS Office, dealership software, internet tools
