As an Oracle EPM - Manager you will lead client support work across Oracle consulting generalist services, helping clients streamline planning, reporting, and performance management processes while guiding solution delivery and adoption. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, manage project workstreams, and use sound judgment to resolve complex issues while upholding quality, timelines, and professional standards. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple client activities within our business application consulting practice, apply your knowledge of Oracle applications to implementation and support efforts, and contribute to client objectives through practical problem solving and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle EPM client delivery workstreams across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while balancing multiple client priorities
- Translating business requirements into Oracle application design, configuration, and implementation activities
- Guiding teams through system integration, testing, data conversion, and deployment support
- Coaching junior team members through review of work, feedback, and skill development
- Advising clients on process standardization, operating model improvements, and application usage
- Coordinating issue resolution, risk identification, and escalation paths across project phases
- Applying knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle CRM, and enterprise software integration
- Developing training materials and delivering user support to promote effective adoption of Oracle solutions
- Identifying opportunities to improve technology implementation methods and delivery approaches
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Managing Oracle EPM project workstreams across client engagements
- Leveraging Oracle Cloud planning, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Developing junior team capabilities through coaching and feedback
- Translating complex system interactions into client-ready deliverables
- Applying project budgeting, execution, and timeline management skills
