Role Overview
As a PCT, you'll play a vital role in providing essential clinical and non-clinical support to patients under the supervision of nursing staff. What You Will Do
Assist with the movement and placement of patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
Support patients with personal care and activities of daily living, promoting their independence and dignity.
Observe and report changes in patients physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is properly cared for.
Document necessary records to support patient care and communication among the healthcare team.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry.
