School to Work - Supply Chain Planning

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain - School-to-Work (STW) student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning and Analytics for our business in Florence, KY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support global supply chain planning and analysis activities by collecting, validating, and analyzing data from sites across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Assist in the development and maintenance of supply chain databases using Microsoft Access, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decisions.
Design and execute database queries to provide insights into inventory, forecasting, procurement, and operational performance.
Participate in supply chain improvement projects involving inventory optimization, forecast accuracy, safety stock analysis, and master data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to gather data and support operational initiatives.
Develop training materials, work instructions, and process documentation to support standardization and knowledge sharing.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying data trends, process gaps, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
Present findings and recommendations to supply chain team members and business stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Access or reporting tools is preferred.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
Interest in supply chain management, operations, business analytics, or related disciplines.
Education/Experience
Must be a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Co-op or School-to-Work participation must be part of the student's academic curriculum.
Preferred completion of introductory coursework in Information Systems, Database Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and work on-site throughout the duration of the assignment.
