ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our US clinical teams. This is a delivery-focused role: you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and close, across a range of clinical and medical roles.
Our clinical teams are at the heart of the Neko experience. They deliver the care that helps our members start their preventative health journey, so every hire directly shapes the quality of that care. We are moving quickly, and this hiring is about precision and pace. You will work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to hire outstanding healthcare professionals who want to work in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER
- End-to-end recruitment for US clinical and medical roles (e.g. physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants, clinical operations), managing a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans.
- Source proactively across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and events, and adjust channels based on response and conversion data.
- Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, with clear communication and fast turnaround at every stage.
- Keep Ashby accurate and current, so pipeline reporting and Workday alignment can be trusted without manual cleanup.
- Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring healthcare professionals in the US, ideally in high-volume or multi-site environments.
- Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent.
- Self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
- Working knowledge of US clinical licensing and credentialing basics.
- Clear, professional communication with clinicians and internal teams alike.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up sourcing, outreach and admin, and to sharpen your own judgment.
