Marketing Intern

JOB PURPOSE: Support the Marketing team in executing communication and digital marketing initiatives, with direct exposure to B2B marketing activities that build brand awareness and support commercial objectives across Sika Vietnam's business lines. This is a 6-month internship position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Content & Channel Management: Support the planning and execution of content across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, email marketing), ensuring consistent brand voice and timely publishing.
B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop marketing materials that support B2B engagement, including brochures, case studies, and customer presentations.
Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on digital campaign performance (traffic, engagement, lead generation) to inform ongoing optimization.
Events & Technical Seminars: Support the coordination of marketing events and technical seminars that strengthen B2B relationships with contractors, distributors, and consultants.
Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support brand positioning and communication strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Prior exposure to digital marketing or communication activities (coursework, internship, or personal projects) is an advantage; no formal work experience is required.
Skills: Strong writing and communication skills in Vietnamese, with working proficiency in English. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta/LinkedIn Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) is a plus. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to distinguish between B2B and B2C marketing approaches. Able to commit full-time for the 6-month internship period.
