AI Business & Operations Analyst

We are looking for a highly driven, AI-native business and operations intern to join our team for a 6-month stint. This role operates very closely to a chief of staff role.
Responsibilities:
Support work at the intersection of AI, strategy, and execution.
Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team.
Run multiple 0-to-1 pilots and automate critical workflows using Generative AI tools.
Take ownership of specific business lines or initiatives.
Requirements:
AI native: You don't just read about AI; you use it daily. You are highly proficient in prompting, exploring new LLMs, and leveraging no-code/low-code tools or APIs to automate mundane tasks.
Extreme ownership and hands-on mentality: You possess a strong bias for action. You are equally comfortable discussing high-level strategy as you are getting into the weeds of execution and admin work.
Exceptional communicator and collaborator: You can seamlessly manage multiple stakeholders, herd cats across internal teams, and confidently negotiate or align with external partners.
First-principles thinker: You can take an ambiguous problem, break it down into actionable steps, and relentlessly chase down the solution.
Adaptable and resilient: You thrive in chaos, pivot quickly when pilots fail, and double down when they succeed.
