Edelman is looking for a Brand, Digital & Editorial Designer to join our Integrated Production team in Colombia. This is an opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys turning ideas and creative briefs into thoughtful visual solutions across different clients, formats, and channels.
You’ll work across brand, digital, and editorial design, bringing strong visual craft, curiosity, and attention to detail to a variety of projects. Depending on the brief, your work may also involve illustration, presentations, lettering, and other specialized design formats.

You care about the details, stay connected to evolving design trends, and can organize your work effectively while collaborating with different creative teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop brand, digital, editorial, and other graphic content for a variety of clients and projects.
Translate client needs and creative briefs into thoughtful visual solutions for projects of moderate complexity.
Create and adapt visual assets across different formats and touchpoints while maintaining strong craft and visual consistency.
Present and articulate design proposals, clearly explaining the thinking behind your creative decisions.
Collaborate with designers and other creative teams across the Studio to bring projects to life.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques and apply relevant thinking to your work.
Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with strong organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
3 - 4 years of experience working in graphic design, ideally within an agency, design studio, or similarly collaborative creative environment.
Education or relevant training in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to create clear, visually engaging materials.
Ability to present and articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with creative teams.
Strong organization, planning, self-management, and attention to detail.
B2 English proficiency or above — this is an essential requirement for the role.
Experience with After Effects, Figma, illustration, lettering, or data visualization is a plus.
