Position Summary
Responsible for performing a wide range of facilities maintenance and janitorial duties to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding grounds.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting inspections of facilities and exterior spaces
Performing general janitorial duties in buildings and vehicles ​
Supporting security procedures for building access.
Operating cleaning equipment, handling trash removal, maintaining restrooms, managing inventory of supplies
Compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards is essential,
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Willing to work second shift - 12:30PM to 9:00PM. M-F.
2 Years’ minimum experience in janitorial services
Potential candidates would preferably have background cleaning in government facilities.
Clean driving record
Ability to obtain Security clearance
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Excellent customer service skills in dealing with staff
Ability to operate a variety of common cleaning machines, i.e., vacuums, floor scrubbers/buffers, etc., as well as use common hand tools
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheet
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Reliability and Punctuality in all weather conditions
Basic technical abilities to send emails and use CMMS WO system
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $25-30 an hour.
