¿QUÉ RETO PROPONEMOS?
Desde Sopra Steria buscamos incorporar un/a Administrador/a de Identidades y Accesos (IAM) para colaborar en proyecto de administración pública.
Te encargarás de:
Gestión de identidades, usuarios y accesos: altas, bajas, modificaciones, grupos, permisos y roles.
Aplicar procedimientos y políticas de seguridad.
Gestionar accesos privilegiados/MFA.
Resolución de incidencias y peticiones de acceso de nivel N1.
Manejo de ServiceNow/ITSM, asegurando trazabilidad, documentación y cumplimiento de tiempos.
¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Grado universitario o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Informática.
Experiencia en OIM, Active Directory, LDAP y herramientas de aprovisionamiento.
Familiaridad con ITIL y gestión de incidencias en plataformas ITSM (ServiceNow)
