You know how to grow a business — not just manage a sales team.
NIVA Health is growing its wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan, with new markets ahead. Our clinics offer a mix of cash-pay and insurance-based services, including weight loss, joint and knee pain, executive physicals, IV therapy, allergy care and other wellness programs.
We're looking for a Director of Strategic Growth & Sales to make our cash business bigger, smarter and more repeatable.
Your Mission
Own cash revenue growth across our wellness clinics.
You'll lead our Wellness Growth & Sales team, improve conversion, build sales accountability and work with Marketing and clinic leadership to turn opportunities into revenue.
But we don't want someone who simply manages the existing funnel. We want someone who finds new ways to grow it.
That involves:
Creating new cash-pay offers, packages or campaigns
Improving conversion and average patient value
Reactivating former patients
Increasing repeat and referral revenue
Finding opportunities in unused clinic/provider capacity
Launching new wellness services or markets
Testing ideas and scaling what works
What You'll Own
Cash revenue: Weekly and monthly sales targets by clinic.
Sales team: Lead, coach and develop Growth & Sales team.
Conversion: Improve lead-to-consult and consult-to-enrollment performance.
Campaigns: Connect marketing activity to actual cash revenue.
Clinic growth: Identify opportunities across services, capacity and patient demand.
Retention: Build repeat, renewal and referral revenue.
New markets: Build the commercial playbook for new clinic launches.
Our clinics also operate with insurance-based services, so you should understand the basics of payer-driven patient volume, clinic economics and how insurance and cash services work together.
Requirements
You're the Right Person If...
You have 5+ years in sales, growth or revenue leadership, ideally in healthcare, consumer health or another patient-facing environment.
You have:
Personally owned a meaningful revenue target.
Built and coached a high-performing sales/enrollment team.
Strong CRM and funnel management experience.
A track record of improving conversion and revenue.
Experience with cash-pay healthcare or direct-to-consumer campaigns (strong plus).
The commercial instinct to look at a clinic and immediately see opportunities.
The ability to work effectively with providers, Marketing and Operations.
